MUHAMMAD ALTAF SATTI - Martyr of APS Peshawar




Muhammad Altaf Satti was SSG commando of 109 Engineers battalion, who has embraced martyrdom on 16th December, 2014 in APS Peshawar terrorist attack. When QRF (Quick Response Force) of Pakistan Army arrived on the spot, Altaf Satti was fighting gallantly against terrorists on his own. He received several bullets in his body during operation against terrorists and embraced martyrdom on the spot after dispatching few terrorists to hell.

He joined Army on 30th September 1990, later on he was selected for SSG and completed his SSG training in 1993. He has passed ATS (Anti Terrorist Training) with distinctive position. He went to Kargil war and then served at the highest battlefield of the world Siachin.

He was hafiz-E-Quran as well. Altaf Satti was born in Village of UC Sang, Tehsil Kahuta and completed his education from high School Lehtrar, Tehsil Kotli Sattian
